Check out some of the other things I do.

Exploring the U.S. National Parks…

…Inspired the idea to create a corkboard map larger & lighter & more disassemble-able than any I could find out there.

It’s three pieces of MDF doweled together, then (hand) routed to create the national border while depth cut establishes the state boundaries. Polyurethane soaked to allow for gloss black rattle can paint. Finished off with cork-shaped states hot glued in location.

So you don’t have to.

It’s that simple.

Previously serving as the lead Graduate Student Instructor.

While a grad student at the University of Michigan, I helped instruct the intro to design and manufacturing course (MECHENG 250) for three semesters.  Below are some pictures of my time teaching.

To help students' learning of CAD, I put together an advanced SolidWorks tutorial that walks students through modeling a Tamiya 72001 Planetary Gearbox Kit from scratch.  Click the document below to view.

Designing a custom LEGO kit for my cousin

My cousin was fond of a car I cobbled together when I was young, so I digitally designed a police car using Bricklink’s Studio, generated an instruction manual using the same program, & uploaded it for purchase via Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing.

You can purchase the instructional manual (no pieces included unfortunately) at this Amazon link.

Playing around with photo editing software.

Here is a poster I made which documented my time spent navigating the different metro stations of Madrid, Spain, during my five-month study abroad experience in the country. It's called the Alfabeto de Las Paradas del Metro ("Metro Station Alphabet").
